🌴 what is the flow of a typical day?
Each blessed day begins with earth listening and a sound bath for the ecofarm. The morning is grounded around communal fire hearth cooking, river swimming, and 60-90 minutes of guided forest bathing.
After lunch, we’ll connect intentionally with the earth by engaging in the signature activity for the day. We’ll enjoy the butterfly garden at sunset before grounding around the fire to cook dinner together. The jungle fire circle occurring each evening will feature an earth-based meditation, ceremony, or ritual aligned with the theme of the day.
